[Weekly Movement Tip] Sitting most of the day beats up our hips. Here is a version of the ‘Super Couch’ stretch from Synergy Athletics Endwell’s Move Better, Feel Better class. Elevate your back foot on a bench, chair…or couch at home. Push your hips forward and squeeze your glutes to prevent over arching of the lower back. Hold for 30 sec each side x 3 times.
